With more than thirty (30) years of real estate and development experience, Brad has deep relationships and extensive knowledge of the entire development process, which uniquely positions him to help real estate developers (and other serial buyers of real estate) and their counsel to navigate the complex world of title insurance with the benefit of the combined experience of Highland Title's exceptional Team. Brad most recently served as Vice President - Community Development for Biltmore Farms (2010-2023), and previously engaged as Chief Development Officer for Kimmel & Associates (2006-2010) and Chief Operating Officer for Beverly Hanks & Associates (1993-2006).
A commercial and residential title professional with over thirty years of experience, Dawn Denman has extensive title underwriting expertise. Her focus at Highland is overseeing all aspects of the commercial and residential title processes and providing excellent service to our customers. Prior to joining Highland in 2008, Ms. Denman was senior underwriter at Browning Title.
April is a residential and commercial underwriter at Highland Title, Inc. She is an experienced licensed underwriter in North Carolina who has worked in the title industry since 2004. Prior to that she earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at Warren Wilson College and worked in research and development in the pharmaceutical and agricultural industry. When April is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.
Trenda joins Highland Title, Inc. with over 23 years of experience in the real estate industry. Her background in residential/commercial underwriting, management, business development and real estate sales provides her with well-rounded knowledge of the title insurance industry. With a mission to build lasting client relationships through excellent customer care, Trenda is committed to providing a level of service you can count on. She enjoys spending time with her family and will tell her your most important job is Mom to her son currently serving in the US Navy.

When Beth is not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
